Description:

Luminai is a technology company focused on automating complex organization-wide workflows using AI to help critical organizations in sectors like Healthcare, Finance, and Telecommunication.
The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading core platform development used globally to deploy and scale AI automations in production environments.
The role involves creating program specifications, architecting distributed computing environments, simplifying system bottlenecks, and driving technical initiatives to enhance the platform experience.
The Staff Software Engineer will work on improving the Luminai IDE, scaling experimentation, monitoring, reliability, and observability concepts, and promoting high-performance engineering practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on spearheading engineering projects from zero to one.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality code in challenging projects.
Experience in designing and implementing high-performance systems, understanding architectural trade-offs, and familiarity with modern infrastructure stack (Kafka, Kubernetes, etc.).
Knowledge of parallel computing concepts, distributed systems, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Ability to work across the stack.
