The role involves developing an Internal Developer Platform aimed at enhancing Developer Experience.
Responsibilities include building secure-by-default Platform primitives across networking, computing, and observability.
The engineer will ensure availability and cost-efficiency across production clusters and tenant workloads.
The position requires implementing self-service Platform tooling to enable development teams to work faster with confidence.
Collaboration with Security, Services, and Product teams is essential to meet enterprise-grade reliability and compliance standards.
The Platform will continuously evolve through automation and modern cloud-native patterns.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess an AI-ready mindset to build an AI-ready Platform and integrate AI-driven insights for predictive scaling and optimization.
A clear understanding of business priorities and goals is necessary, along with the ability to determine work plans based on these priorities.
A proven track record of achieving long-term results while solving complex, ambiguous, and business-critical problems is required.
Deep expertise in building and scaling infrastructure across cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is essential.
Strong fundamentals in networking, system design, and SRE practices are necessary.
Proven experience in implementing infrastructure-as-code with clean, modular patterns is required.
The ability to lead, mentor, and coach other engineers to enhance their effectiveness is important.
A passion for automation, reducing toil, and empowering developer teams is essential.
