Description:
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the project and department levels, influencing the direction of software and technology stack
Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using React Native
Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain high code quality
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, making key architectural decisions
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in React Native development
Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement user interface designs and enhance user experience
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in building front-end applications (web or mobile)
2+ years of experience in React Native
Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Experience building responsive, component-based web apps with modern JavaScript front-end frameworks
Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux and Recoil
Passion for building a delightful customer experience
Understanding of UI/UX design principles
Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests
Experience with GraphQL (a plus)
Experience with native mobile development like iOS/Android (a plus)
