Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of software development experience, focusing on backend systems.
Proven leadership experience in managing complex projects and guiding technical teams is required.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Golang, or TypeScript/Node.js is necessary.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB, is essential.
Candidates should be skilled in building fault-tolerant, distributed systems.
A deep understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure as code (CDK, Terraform, CLI) is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams are important.
Experience in financial systems, including reporting, reconciliation, and handling large data sets, is preferred.
