StackAdapt is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead their growing backend engineering team.
The role involves integrating data into StackAdapt’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) and architecting scalable low-latency backend systems and data pipelines.
The engineer will provide technical leadership, promote software development best practices, and conduct rigorous code reviews.
The position requires identifying and solving technical challenges rigorously.
The technologies used include Go, Ruby on Rails, Aerospike, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka, RocksDB, Redshift, ScyllaDB, and GraphQL.
StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates located anywhere in North America.
Requirements:
Adtech or Martech experience is an asset.
A proven track record of building scalable pipelines and services is required.
Experience working with large data in low-latency environments is necessary.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of software development experience in distributed systems, architecting scalable microservices, and data pipelines in a successful high-growth technology company.
A strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms is essential.
Up-to-date knowledge and experience in the latest technologies, tools, and frameworks are required.
Experience with Go and high-performance databases is a plus.
