SignalFire is seeking exceptional Staff Engineers (Front-End, Back-End, and Full-Stack) to join their portfolio of top-tier startups.
This role involves working directly with visionary founders and SignalFire’s Talent team to build transformative products.
Staff Engineers will design, build, and maintain full-stack applications, from intuitive front-end interfaces to scalable back-end systems.
Responsibilities include developing APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures to power innovative products.
Engineers will collaborate closely with founders to define technical strategy and align it with business goals.

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality products.
Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is required.
Candidates should have experience with back-end frameworks like Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails.
A strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is necessary.
Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) is required.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools is expected.
Proficiency in common programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, Go, or TypeScript is essential.
A passion for solving complex technical challenges and building scalable products is important.
Experience in early-stage environments or lean teams is considered a plus.
