Remote Staff SW Engineer

Description:

• Visa CMSPD is seeking a highly energetic Full stack engineer passionate about technology for the B2B Acceptance platform.
• The developer will be responsible for building the next generation of Acceptance products using modern tools like ML, AI, Microservices, and Responsive Design.
• The role involves designing, developing, and scaling the analytics platform using Java/J2EE, Spring, Kafka, Spark, Hive, Hadoop, Javascript, CSS, HTML, and React/Angular/Vue.
• This is a hybrid position allowing employees to work remotely and in the office based on business needs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree, or 4+ years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD.
• 8+ years of experience in building and scaling web services.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE stack with a strong foundation in Enterprise design principles.
• Good grasp of Data Structure and Algorithm design.
• Basic understanding of SPA development using modern frameworks like Angular/React/Vue.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Implement and scale microservices to support data-intensive services.
• Collaborate with the product team in an Agile setup to design and implement customer-centric solutions.
