Requirements:

You must have 8+ years of experience in software development with expertise in device, backend, cloud, or mobile platforms.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in Golang, Kotlin, and C++ is necessary, with a track record of writing maintainable and high-performance code.
You should have a full stack and ecosystem understanding, including CI/CD, cloud-native, and security-aware experience.
Experience with analytics and observability tools like Snowflake, Redash, Grafana, and Datadog is required.
A proven history of independent project delivery in fast-paced environments is essential.
You must be able to rapidly master new technologies and adapt to ambiguity.
Strong communication skills are necessary to translate technical challenges into actionable plans.
You should be a natural leader who can advocate for the right technical solutions.
