Description:
Ramp is a financial operations platform designed to save businesses time and money by combining corporate cards with expense management, bill payments, vendor management, and accounting automation.
The UX Research team is responsible for the processes, tools, and methods that product teams use to understand customer needs while maintaining product velocity.
UX Researchers will partner closely with product teams to conduct research and provide insights that inform product decisions.
Responsibilities include identifying and executing research topics, designing and coordinating studies, optimizing research processes, and championing customer insights across teams.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience conducting qualitative UX research at a tech company.
Experience in designing research projects using various methods such as usability studies, contextual inquiry, and surveys is required.
Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with leaders across the organization to ensure effective utilization of research insights is necessary.
An operations mindset with an understanding of the logistical challenges of recruiting for research is essential.
Candidates should have an interest in empowering cross-functional partners to conduct effective research independently.
A strong enthusiasm for trying new tools and technologies to enhance the UX research practice is expected.
