Remote Staff/Principal Presales Engineer - Data & BI

Description:

• Advocate products and custom solutions to existing customers and prospects
• Drive and promote solution value for customer business challenges
• Translate customer data and analytics challenges into business requirements
• Analyze and document customer business and technical requirements
• Communicate the specific value of solutions and their integration with the customer’s analytical ecosystem
• Identify and qualify business opportunities, handle technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve blockers
• Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and conduct PoCs
• Conduct on-site customer visits and represent Oredata at conferences and events
• Provide technical consultancy throughout the sales cycle

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• 5 to 15 years of experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or technical consulting
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing consultancy role
• Experience working with Data Engineering, Analysts, Analytics Managers
• Technical expertise in Cloud, Big Data technologies, SQL, Data warehouses, BI tools
• Expert-level presentation skills
• Growth mindset, solution-oriented attitude, high resilience
• Advanced Fluent English
