The role involves architecting, building, and securing complex financial orchestration systems responsible for moving billions in transaction volume.
The engineer will ship product features that make these workflows accessible to millions of end users.

Requirements:

Candidates must have prior experience working as a staff/senior backend engineer at a web3 or web2 fintech startup.
The candidate should lead by example with a get-shit-done mentality and be willing to do what it takes to make projects happen.
Strong collaboration skills are required to work effectively with high-powered teams and fill gaps to complete projects.
The candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
A belief in web3 and crypto’s potential to positively revolutionize finance is essential.
The ability to work during US time zones is required.
