Description:
Serve as a technical subject matter expert and champion throughout the sales cycle in the strategic segment
Partner with the Global Account Management team to articulate Procore’s overall value proposition to some of the largest companies in the world
Help organizations understand best practices around construction project management solutions and their benefits
Work in a collaborative, creative, and driven environment that values openness, optimism, and ownership
Own pre-sales technical support for large prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration to close
Craft value-based presentations addressing customer business problems and accelerating the adoption of the Procore platform
Participate in technical demonstrations and coordinate multiple technical resources
Collaborate with Sales team to address prospects’ technical challenges and close new business
Enable new Account Executives for success through training and support
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to meet project milestones
Develop best practices and connect prospects and clients with Product Managers and Marketing for client success and Procore’s evolution as a market leader
Requirements:
7+ years of sales engineering experience and/or specific enterprise construction industry expertise
Experience working with strategic sales teams to address prospects’ technical challenges and close new business
Ability to set up new Global Account Managers for success through training and partnership
Strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects
Excellent presentation and communication skills in-person and virtually
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to mentor, coach, and lead team members while being a strong individual contributor
Experience as a technology evangelist and promoter of modernizing the Construction industry is a plus
Understanding of the construction industry across different verticals is a plus
Benefits:
Base Pay Range $69 - $95 plus commission for an estimated on-target earnings of $204,800 - $281,600
