Description:

• Gather, summarize, and process information from customers.
• Support customers in making informed decisions by creating coherent requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis of gathered information.
• Present project goals and core functionality to the development team.
• Write functional requirements, technical specifications, and user stories/use cases.
• Create wireframes, sketches, diagrams, or flow charts as needed.

Requirements:

• Understanding of web and mobile applications architecture and development flow.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in creating technical documentation.
• Proficient in spoken English, with a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate.
• Experience in interacting with customers and gathering requirements.
