Description:
Provide unparalleled support and guidance to customers, resolving complex inquiries using SQL knowledge.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems related to data integrity, data feeds, and machine learning to enhance customer experience and product improvement.
Assist in developing and enhancing debugging, triaging, and escalation protocols, including creating dashboards and efficient SQL analyses.
Understand customers' needs, differentiating Partner needs, and representing the voice of the customer within the organization.
Grow with the team, potentially specializing in specific Partner needs and training future teammates.
Requirements:
1+ years of technical customer support experience.
3+ years of database and SQL experience, including query writing, data stores, and databases.
Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and ability to identify patterns in tickets.
Clear, concise, empathetic communication skills.
Familiarity with retail or grocery industry preferred.
