Description:

Truelogic is seeking an experienced IT Lead to join and lead their internal IT team.
The role involves ensuring the smooth operation, scalability, and security of digital services while guiding the team in alignment with the holding company’s IT strategy.
Responsibilities include leading the internal IT department, managing team members and operations, setting up and overseeing digital services, and planning and executing IT initiatives.
The IT Lead will develop, maintain, and enforce internal IT policies and procedures, define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct audits for compliance, and manage third-party IT service providers.
Coordination with the holding company’s IT team is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a similar IT lead or management role.
A proven ability to manage tasks and timelines using tools like Jira or similar is required.
Strong experience in drafting and implementing IT policies and procedures is essential.
Hands-on experience with SaaS environments, particularly Google Workspace and Okta, is necessary.
Experience in managing service desk operations, ticket workflows, and reporting is required.
A solid understanding of the IT support and operations landscape is needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
A strong understanding and commitment to data privacy, security, and compliance standards is essential.
