Description:

  • Work closely with a team of L3 Engineers to provide high-quality support for software applications built on JavaScript, Java, and C# frameworks
  • Resolve bugs, technical issues, and improve code for reliability and scalability
  • Provide engineering and product support via email to customers and internal teams
  • Gather information and provide steps for issue resolution
  • Create technical documentation for recurring support and data engineering needs
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and meet support service levels
  • Collaborate with local and geographically dispersed team members during US Hours

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript, React, C#, Java, and SQL
  • Familiarity with Docker, HTML, CSS, and test-driven development is a plus
  • Proficient in maintaining clean, organized, and well-documented code under a Git repository
  • Experience with service-oriented architectures, restful services, and SOAP
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
