Description:
Work closely with a team of L3 Engineers to provide high-quality support for software applications built on JavaScript, Java, and C# frameworks
Resolve bugs, technical issues, and improve code for reliability and scalability
Provide engineering and product support via email to customers and internal teams
Gather information and provide steps for issue resolution
Create technical documentation for recurring support and data engineering needs
Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and meet support service levels
Collaborate with local and geographically dispersed team members during US Hours
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in full-stack development with JavaScript, React, C#, Java, and SQL
Familiarity with Docker, HTML, CSS, and test-driven development is a plus
Proficient in maintaining clean, organized, and well-documented code under a Git repository
Experience with service-oriented architectures, restful services, and SOAP
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
