A healthcare company is seeking a strategic partner to oversee and improve their legacy MDM platform.
The project is oriented towards operational support and minor feature enhancements and additions as requested by the client, without major feature design or implementation.
Responsibilities include providing ongoing support for the legacy MDM platform, focusing on operational stability and minor feature enhancements.
The role involves updating platform components to maintain compliance and compatibility with third-party tools and support systems, such as TIBCO.
The engineer will work on optimizing data flows within the legacy MDM platform, particularly for the production environment, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Maintenance and support activities for non-production environments will also be part of the role, maintaining an active pipeline for updates, bug fixes, and enhancements.
Collaboration with the India-based team is essential to ensure effective support for alerts and issues, while working with the primary point of escalation in the US time zone.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience and knowledge in .NET 6+ or Java, SQL Server, Oracle, Git, and NodeJS.
Experience and knowledge working with integrations between platforms using API, CSV, XML, etc., is required.
Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure is necessary.
A willingness to learn or improve knowledge in these technologies is expected.
It is a plus to have experience in application support, working with legacy platforms, and collaborating with a distributed team across different time zones.
Familiarity with MDM platforms, TIBCO, and related technologies, along with experience in SQL, cloud, and infrastructure, is advantageous.
Experience and knowledge in SSIS and tools like SoapUI or Postman are also beneficial.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate across time zones and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience in delivering high-quality support, with an emphasis on system compliance and operational support, is required.
A willingness to learn or improve knowledge if needed is expected.
