Description:
The System Administration Consultant is responsible for delivering implementation and ongoing managed services, training, and other billable professional offerings to new and existing customers.
This role involves assisting clients with configuration needs and advising them on optimal product configuration and process design to align with their specific process characteristics.
The consultant will configure company products on behalf of clients and build and manage new and existing business relationships.
A working understanding of MeridianLink’s licensed software is required to educate and provide best practice recommendations to clients.
The consultant is expected to lead client innovation and develop initiatives that support clients’ goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include managing Admin Pro clients by collecting business requirements and implementing changes in the MeridianLink Consumer, Opening, and Portal systems.
The role requires organizing tasks to maximize productivity and efficient utilization of internal resources while adhering to project schedules.
The consultant will utilize department-developed tools and methodologies to create final deliverables for clients and interface directly with client teams to review results and recommendations.
Identifying potential issues and facilitating resolutions before they escalate is a key responsibility, along with communicating product improvements to customers.
Participation in internal processes of knowledge sharing and product/service innovation is expected.
The consultant will support internal and external stakeholder communications throughout the project cycle, focusing on driving project resources toward completion while providing high levels of client service.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates should have at least 2-4 years of related experience in loan origination/account origination systems.
Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Systems is necessary.
The ability to determine a course of action based on guidelines and modify processes as required is essential.
Candidates must exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
Building productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems is crucial.
Effective presentation skills and comfort in speaking to groups remotely are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is important.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are required.
