Description:

  • dLocal is looking for a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join their Service Desk team.
  • The System Administrator will oversee the resolution of escalated issues by Level 1 support, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • The role involves managing the portfolio of Software as a Service (SAAS) applications within the organizational stack.
  • The System Administrator will implement automation for recurrent tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
  • The position requires facilitating the seamless integration of new applications into the Identity Management software, specifically Azure Active Directory.
  • The role includes creating and thoroughly reviewing documentation to maintain comprehensive and accurate records.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Proven experience in a service desk or technical support role is necessary.
  • Experience using AzureAD, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, ManageEngine, and Jira is required.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are needed.
  • The ability to prioritize and manage several open issues simultaneously is important.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software, such as TeamViewer, Zendesk, and ServiceNow, is required.
  • Network troubleshooting skills are necessary.
  • A general knowledge of public cloud providers, such as AWS, GCP, and Azure, is preferred.
  • Strong experience in Jira, specializing in automations, backend project configuration, workflows, and integrations with third-party applications is required.
