Description:

  • Leadtech is seeking a Windows & Cloud (AWS) Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to manage and optimize their cloud infrastructure, primarily focusing on AWS.
  • The role involves automating core processes and ensuring the stability, security, and performance of systems, particularly in Windows Server environments.
  • Key responsibilities include designing and managing AWS infrastructure, administering Windows Server operating systems, developing CI/CD pipelines, creating automation scripts, and supporting key platforms and applications.
  • The position requires collaboration with development teams to improve processes and support DevOps practices, as well as managing cloud infrastructure security and administering relational databases.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in system administration or similar roles, with a strong specialization in Windows environments is required.
  • Advanced experience with Windows Server administration, including configuration, Active Directory, GPOs, troubleshooting, hardening, and clustering is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience working with AWS and key services such as EC2, ECS, S3, and others is necessary.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform is required.
  • Proficiency in Jenkins for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines is needed.
  • Strong PowerShell skills are mandatory, along with a solid understanding of networking concepts.
  • Experience administering MySQL/MariaDB databases is required.
  • Familiarity with Docker and AWS ECS is a plus, as is experience managing BI tools like Pentaho and N8N.
  • Fluent Spanish and English are required for this international work environment.
