Description:
Provide professional IT support to Wix employees remotely across different locations and time zones.
Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Helpdesk in line with agreed SLAs.
Manage equipment inventory from evaluation and purchase to maintenance and depreciation.
Work closely with suppliers, procurement teams, and finance teams, and take ownership of the IT procurement process.
Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, including for remote workers.
Manage and maintain A/V equipment.
Manage endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting on Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on experience as an IT professional in IT support and/or administration.
Experience in a multi-OS environment (MacOS, Windows, and Linux).
Proven ability to provide proactive customer service with strong attention to detail.
Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and GSuite environments.
