Remote System Engineer, Rollup Framework

Description:

• Career Renew is recruiting for a System Engineer, Rollup Framework position for a client based in the US/EU timezones.
• The role involves building a Based Appchain framework of Ethereum, enabling the creation of app-specific L2s that are composable with Ethereum mainnet and other app chains.
• Preconfirmations are built on top of Spire’s core contracts, utilizing "The Preconfirmation RPC" for seamless integration with existing wallet and RPC infrastructure.
• The team is globally distributed and is focused on building better infrastructure, supported by leading investors in the crypto space.
• As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for building systems of the Based Appchain Framework with the team.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with Go/Rust is required, with a preference for Go.
• A strong understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) is necessary.
• Candidates must have experience in shipping and taking engineering projects to production.
• A deep understanding of rollups is preferred.
• Experience working with Ethereum Nodes is considered a bonus.
