SkyGrid, a Boeing, SparkCognition company, is focused on integrating unmanned aircraft into complex airspace.
The company is seeking a System Integration Validation and Verification IPT Lead to manage all aspects of systems validation, verification, and integration.
The ideal candidate should have experience in system/sub-system requirements management, integration, and testing within the aerospace industry.
The role requires a technical leader capable of collaborating with internal and external teams for seamless integration.
Responsibilities include defining and documenting the integration, validation, and verification strategy, overseeing execution of related activities, and developing plans, procedures, and reports.
The lead will also identify test setups, instrumentation, and environments for black-box systems.
The position involves technical oversight of a team, developing program strategies, leading planning and execution of activities, and implementing testing methodologies.
The lead will manage verification testing of software and hardware configurations and collaborate with external customers.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field is required.
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in a highly technical, aerospace-related industry.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical team lead in integration, validation, verification, and qualification of complex systems is necessary.
Experience with SAE ARP 4754A or equivalent is required.
Relevant experience with the architectural aspects of a simulation environment is essential.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced engineering degree (Masters) and familiarity with RTCA DO-178C, DO-254, and DO-331.
Familiarity with integrating and testing client-server architectures and cloud technologies is also preferred.
