The Systems Integration Verification and Validation Manager will plan and execute all aspects of systems verification, validation, and integration.
The ideal candidate should have several years of system/sub-system integration and test experience in the aerospace industry.
The role requires a technical leader who can collaborate effectively across internal and external teams.
Key performance objectives include identifying the integration strategy, overseeing verification and validation activities, and developing plans and reports.
Responsibilities include managing a team of engineers, developing program strategies, leading program planning, and ensuring compliance with regulations and quality assurance practices.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM degree is required.
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in a highly technical, aerospace-related industry.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a technical team lead covering integration, verification, validation, and qualification of complex systems is necessary.
Experience with ARP 4754A or similar standards is required.
Relevant experience with the architectural aspects of a simulation environment is essential.
