Description:

The System Test Release Engineer will work with embedded software in data center, networking, security, cloud services, or automotive industry.
They will be responsible for conducting system level testing of physical devices and ensuring software development processes of embedded products.
The engineer will review and challenge product requirement specifications, design, and functional specifications, define test strategies, and develop detailed end-to-end solution test plans and test cases.
Ability to develop, review, and modify Python scripts for test coverage enhancement.
Experience with designing and implementing test tools for automation and improving automation scripts.
Familiarity with common test frameworks such as Pytest, Robot Framework, or similar.
Experience with test tools like Vector CANoe, VehicleSpy, PEAK, Spirent, IXIA, or similar products.
Proficiency in using JIRA, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are required for this role.

Requirements:

Working experience in embedded software in relevant industries.
Excellent knowledge of test methodologies and system level testing.
Proficiency in software development processes of embedded products.
Familiarity with Linux command line and shell scripting.
Good networking fundamentals and ideally experience in cybersecurity.
Ability to develop, review, and modify Python scripts.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
Familiarity with test tools like Vector CANoe, VehicleSpy, PEAK, Spirent, IXIA, or similar.
Proficiency in using JIRA, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
