Description:
TherapyNotes is searching for a Systems Architect Engineer to join their growing team of cloud-first technology enthusiasts.
The ideal candidate should possess an innovative, entrepreneurial instinct for identifying value and pragmatic solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities include identifying, evangelizing, and architecting solutions to problems across the enterprise, which consists of both Windows and Linux workloads in an Azure cloud environment.
The role involves providing problem analysis and 3rd level support for the SaaS application.
The candidate will work to increase the security, availability, reliability, and scalability of the SaaS platform.
The position requires increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of technology teams through the implementation of innovative solutions and processes.
Establishing relationships with key technology stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs is essential.
The candidate must ensure that all solutions and operational activities adhere to the security and operating policies established by the organization.
Identifying opportunities for improving service delivery or the health of the environment through process improvement and continual development of documentation and runbooks is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
A Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent field is required.
The candidate must have 12+ years of experience managing high-volume SaaS products in a software development organization.
Expertise in hybrid and cloud-based compute, storage, and containerization solutions, preferably Azure and Kubernetes, is necessary.
The candidate should be an expert in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies and variable workload (container) orchestration, with a preference for Terraform and Ansible.
Proficiency in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery strategies and technologies is required.
The candidate must have expert knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft365, Azure AD/AADDS, Active Directory Domain Services, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019+, DHCP, and DNS.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and PowerShell is essential.
The candidate should have expert knowledge in Linux server systems administration, specifically with RedHat, CentOS, and Debian.
Expertise in traditional and PaaS web application technologies, including Azure Web Apps, IIS, and application load balancing, is required.
The candidate must be well-versed in Agile methodology, DevOps, Scrum, ITSM, and/or ITIL principles.
