Description:
ProSidian is a Management and Operations Consulting Services Firm that provides tailored solutions based on industry-leading practices.
The role involves providing IT System Lifecycle Development and Management Support Services for the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) on behalf of the FDA.
The contractor will manage project management services under a Single Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for CFSAN, which regulates various products including food and drugs.
The contract scope includes providing Custom Computer Programming Services and maintaining, supporting, and evolving code and documentation.
The contractor will establish an ordering vehicle for developing and maintaining Computer to Plate (CTP) systems, processing structured and unstructured data.
The engagement team will provide training services to CFSAN stakeholders for existing and new applications.
The BPA is divided into nine task areas, including project management, architecture support, system development, integration services, data management, operations and maintenance, system disposition, training support, and transition activities.
Requirements:
Candidates must have expertise in designing, developing, and evaluating human resources programs, particularly in large organizations.
Successful experience in implementing compensation and pay-for-performance programs is required.
Candidates should have experience in job analysis and evaluation, including Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exemption determinations.
Knowledge of federal compensation laws and regulations is essential.
Systems Architect candidates must establish system information requirements and design architecture for large-scale information systems.
Candidates should ensure compliance with open systems architectures and evaluate workflows and planning systematically.
Proficiency in business tools, particularly Microsoft Office, is required, with advanced skills in Excel and Access.
Candidates must demonstrate teamwork, leadership, business acumen, communication skills, motivation, agility, judgment, and organization.
