The position is for a Systems Analyst 2 who will support clients with desktop, network, server, and other troubleshooting tasks to meet company standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining excellent client services, demonstrating a commitment to Client First by promptly responding to clients’ needs, and meeting or exceeding client satisfaction measures.
Assist clients with troubleshooting tasks over the phone, server deployment, maintenance, and administration.
Perform VMware ESXi/Microsoft Hyper-V deployment and maintenance, installation of SonicWall and routers, printer deployment, software installation, malware removal, and Office 365/Azure administration.
Conduct best practice assessments for clients and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have Firewall Experience.
Experience with Windows Server 2012R2-2022 and Windows 7/8/10/11 is required.
Knowledge of VMware ESXi 7+ is necessary.
Familiarity with professional services automation tools like ConnectWise and/or Automate is preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting skills are essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a similar field is necessary.
Previous experience with Cisco/SonicWall is preferred.
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Certificates, licenses, and registrations are preferred but not required.
