Description:

As a Technical Sourcing Lead, you will play a critical role in building a world-class engineering and technology workforce by identifying and engaging top talent.
You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging cutting-edge recruitment tools and collaborating with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
The role requires a deep understanding of technical recruiting, talent market trends, and sourcing best practices to attract top-tier candidates.
Responsibilities include developing and executing sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, leveraging data and market insights, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, driving a high-touch candidate experience, building relationships with talent communities, managing sourcing tools, and mentoring junior sourcers.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
You must have 6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
At least 2 years in a leadership position within a Sourcing Department/Team is required, with experience building Sourcing teams from scratch being highly preferred.
A proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging top engineering and technology talent is essential.
Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other talent platforms is necessary.
A strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry hiring trends is required.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Eightfold) is needed.
You must be able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-moving environment, demonstrating strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, are essential.
