Description:

  • TrustYou is on a mission to help make guests happy by listening to client feedback, which drives customer satisfaction and refines products and services.
  • The company offers a Customer Experience Platform (CXP), a Customer Data Platform (CDP), and chatAI to facilitate seamless customer interaction and provide data-driven insights.
  • The Team Lead – Customer Data Platform (CDP) position is remote and available in Germany, Spain, or Romania.
  • The role involves building and leading a team to enhance the CDP product, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Responsibilities include defining the product vision and strategy, driving the product roadmap, participating in coding and product development, and influencing customer data utilization in the hospitality industry.
  • The position requires working with cutting-edge technologies in data management and automation and leading the implementation of innovative features for the CDP.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to develop software applications and experience in full-stack development with a focus on Node.js.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions, familiarity with Power BI Embedded for data visualization and analytics, and experience with low-code automation tools.
  • Ability to build and lead high-performing technical teams and experience managing projects from concept to completion.
  • Understanding of Customer Data Platforms and related technologies, with experience in data integration, warehousing, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Mailchimp, and understanding of audience segmentation and campaign management.
  • A pragmatic approach to delivering high-quality solutions efficiently, balancing innovative thinking with practical implementation.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills and teamwork abilities, along with a desire to take on significant responsibility and grow into a senior leadership role.
