Requirements:

• Candidates must have more than 10 years of extensive professional experience in software development, particularly with complex systems.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in people management and leadership roles with engineering teams is required.
• A solid understanding of software architecture, web platforms, and big data technologies is essential.
• Candidates should be aligned with Agile and Lean software development principles.
• Experience in implementing engineering best practices and prioritizing quality over quantity is necessary.
