Description:

  • The Team Lead for Full Stack Development will need to have strong expertise in Web Development and Server Technologies, showcasing excellent problem-solving skills to address complex issues efficiently.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating closely with the CTO and other departments to identify development needs, establish team goals, and work towards achieving Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
  • The role requires the ability to work independently, effectively manage development teams, pay attention to detail, and uphold high standards.
  • Duties involve CTO collaboration, strategic initiatives, team alignment, cross-department interaction, enforcing Agile & Scrum methodologies, code quality testing, web asset monitoring, hands-on development, workflow improvement, and staying current with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background and Experience:
    • BSCS/MSC or equivalent technical degree.
    • 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and managing teams, or proven demonstrable skill and experience.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS, React, Vue.js, SASS, Gulp, Docker, Apache, MySQL, MongoDB, GIT, Twitter Bootstrap.
    • Strong knowledge of web server technologies like Apache, Nginx, cPanel, API, integration design, and relational/non-relational databases.
    • Subject matter expertise in full stack development; WordPress development is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving and Project Management:
    • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize and manage work under pressure.
    • Design, build, and run high-performance, scalable websites, familiarity with Agile development lifecycles.
    • Autonomy in work and effective team management.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn.
