Description:
- Rehab Media is seeking a Team Lead for Full Stack Development in PHP, responsible for collaborating with the CTO and other departments to identify development needs and establish team goals.
- The role involves enforcing Agile & Scrum methodologies, monitoring code quality, conducting website performance tests, and maintaining web assets.
- The Team Lead will also be hands-on in coding across the technology stack, contributing to the development and maintenance of multiple websites.
- Responsibilities include improving workflow, staying current with industry best practices, and adapting to new technologies and requirements.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate should have a BSCS/MSC or equivalent technical degree with at least 5 years of experience in Software Engineering and team management.
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS, React, Vue.js, SASS, Gulp, Docker, Apache, MySQL, MongoDB, GIT, Twitter Bootstrap, and web server technologies like Apache, Nginx, and cPanel is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills, project management experience, and the ability to work autonomously and manage teams effectively are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are also key requirements.
