The Full Stack Development Team Lead will provide technical leadership to an agile team, focusing on growth, scaling, maintainability, extensibility, security, performance, innovation, and process evolution.
Responsibilities include overseeing planning for feature projects, ensuring adherence to agile processes, and performing due diligence in all phases of development.
The Team Lead will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other Agile teams to create innovative solutions to customer requirements.
The role involves managing and mentoring team members across various technical disciplines, providing risk assessments, and suggesting development alternatives for business requirements.
The Team Lead will maintain a critical perspective on existing systems, advocate for the repayment of technical debt, and conduct code reviews and component redesigns as necessary.
Keeping up with industry best practices and developments in tooling is essential, along with a focus on security and secure coding practices.
The Team Lead will actively participate in the code/security review process for the team and the organization.

Requirements:

A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of software development experience focused on SaaS applications, with at least 1-2 years in a lead role.
Extensive Agile experience in building complex, rich SaaS applications is necessary.
The ability to diagnose, locate, and quickly fix run-time issues related to UI, data, DB, or web stack is essential.
Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of C#, .NET MVC, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with a cloud provider, preferably AWS or Azure, is required.
The ability to express complex designs concisely through flow diagrams, process descriptions, and technical documentation is necessary.
Very strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to mentor and provide technical direction to team members, along with regularly providing feedback.
