Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 5 years of work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in High-Load projects using Golang is required.
  • Experience in AdTech is necessary.
  • Proficiency in C++ is required.
  • Candidates should have experience with serialization protocols (json, protobuf, etc.).
  • A minimum of 1 year of team management experience is required.
  • Mentorship experience is necessary.
  • Understanding of design patterns is required.
  • The ability to read and analyze third-party frameworks/libraries is essential.
  • A desire to understand, analyze, and create new solutions is required.
  • English language proficiency should be sufficient for reading documentation.
  • Candidates must possess analytical skills to propose and defend ideas.
  • Experience with Java is a plus.
