Remote Team Lead, NetSuite Software Delivery

Description:

• The Lead for NetSuite Software Delivery is responsible for overseeing a team of functional consultants within the Software Services organization.
• This organization manages and executes implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of solutions for clients.
• The Lead will ensure the team delivers high-quality service, excellent outcomes, timely issue resolution, and effective end-user training across software engagements.
• Collaboration with internal and external cross-functional teams is essential to identify business needs, enhance system functionality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, communication, and functional consulting skills are necessary for the team's success and alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of SaaS consulting experience is required, with NetSuite experience being a plus.
• At least 1+ years of supervisory experience is necessary.
• An undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or business, or equivalent experience is required.
• Familiarity with and interest in business systems is essential, with exposure to multiple business system platforms and associated integrations required.
• A strong understanding of general business principles and comfort in conducting business analysis work is necessary.
• An expert grasp of basic accounting principles, accounts payable workstreams, and general compliance and controls requirements is required.
• General project management and execution skills are necessary.
• The candidate must be comfortable interfacing directly with clients with minimal assistance from others.
• Previous experience deploying pre-packaged software solutions is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail is essential.
