They are looking for a Team Lead who will spend approximately 70% of their time coding and 30% leading a remote team of 6 members, which includes 3 Developers, 1 QA, and 2 DevOps.

The Team Lead will foster a collaborative environment, guide team members through code reviews, and onboard new teammates while driving best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates should be open to adopting AI-assisted coding tools and modern development practices.
Proficiency in English at a communicative level (B2) is necessary.
