The Team Lead of Software Development will lead a Scrum team responsible for an enterprise SaaS microservices architecture application platform.
The role involves designing, developing, and supporting the Message product using technologies like ReactJS, Java Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
The candidate will mentor and grow a high-performing team while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities include energizing the team, conducting regular 1:1s, championing Agile methodologies, and managing resources to meet release goals.
The candidate will lead technical decisions, participate in hands-on development, and ensure high system availability and scalability.
The role also involves driving the migration and modernization of legacy systems and resolving Tier-3 support issues.
The technical environment includes frontend technologies like ReactJS and Angular, backend technologies like Java Spring Boot and Kafka, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS and Kubernetes.

Requirements:

A B.S. in Computer Science or a related Engineering field, or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a software product development environment is necessary.
Experience as a scrum master, project manager, manager, or team lead with a strong emphasis on Scrum and Kanban is essential.
Strong proficiency with Scala or Java and databases is required.
Full SDLC experience with enterprise-level software hosted in a cloud environment is necessary.
The candidate should have a proven track record of mentoring and coaching others.
Experience in troubleshooting large, complex web-based applications is required.
Familiarity with managing a distributed cross-functional team is essential.
The candidate should possess outstanding communication skills and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.

The salary range for this full-time position is between $90,000 - $160,000.
