Description:

  • The position is for a Team Lead in Solution Management focusing on Low Code/No-Code solutions, starting from July 1st.
  • The candidate will lead a motivated team of Solution Architects, setting clear goals and enhancing team dynamics while fostering both professional and personal development.
  • The role involves collaborating with the Executive Team to develop a long-term automation strategy and ensuring close cooperation with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • The Team Lead will manage strategic customer projects, identify team needs, and enable the team to build scalable solutions that lead to business closures.
  • The candidate will ensure that the team improves processes through the targeted use of leading automation tools and continuously optimizes them.
  • Staying updated on new trends in the automation field and actively introducing innovations into team work is essential.
  • The role includes establishing clear documentation standards for customer projects and building a central knowledge management system for best practices.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have extensive knowledge of automation tools such as Make (Integromat), Power Automate, Zapier, or N8n.
  • Experience in leading and developing teams is required, with the ability to combine motivation with goal orientation.
  • Strong technical know-how paired with excellent communication skills is necessary to explain complex technical solutions clearly and to drive projects and closures actively.
  • A pragmatic approach, solution-oriented thinking, and proactive handling of challenges are essential traits.
  • The candidate should be enthusiastic about new tools, stay updated on the latest technology, and strategically implement innovations within the team.
  • The ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage projects efficiently and with a focus on company goals is required.
  • Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level is mandatory.
