Description:
The position is for a Team Lead in Solution Management focusing on Low Code/No-Code solutions, starting from July 1st.
The candidate will lead a motivated team of Solution Architects, setting clear goals and enhancing team dynamics while fostering both professional and personal development.
The role involves collaborating with the Executive Team to develop a long-term automation strategy and ensuring close cooperation with sales, product, and marketing teams.
The Team Lead will manage strategic customer projects, identify team needs, and enable the team to build scalable solutions that lead to business closures.
The candidate will ensure that the team improves processes through the targeted use of leading automation tools and continuously optimizes them.
Staying updated on new trends in the automation field and actively introducing innovations into team work is essential.
The role includes establishing clear documentation standards for customer projects and building a central knowledge management system for best practices.
Requirements:
The candidate must have extensive knowledge of automation tools such as Make (Integromat), Power Automate, Zapier, or N8n.
Experience in leading and developing teams is required, with the ability to combine motivation with goal orientation.
Strong technical know-how paired with excellent communication skills is necessary to explain complex technical solutions clearly and to drive projects and closures actively.
A pragmatic approach, solution-oriented thinking, and proactive handling of challenges are essential traits.
The candidate should be enthusiastic about new tools, stay updated on the latest technology, and strategically implement innovations within the team.
The ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage projects efficiently and with a focus on company goals is required.
Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level is mandatory.
