Description:

• As a Team Lead System Analyst at GE, you will be responsible for managing a team of system analysts, coordinating their work, and ensuring goal achievement.
• Your role will involve developing and optimizing business processes, gathering and analyzing requirements from customers, and preparing technical documentation, specifications, and diagrams.
• You will interact with clients and internal teams to ensure a complete understanding of requirements and expectations.
• Monitoring the quality and timelines of analytical tasks and ensuring the integration of new systems and solutions into the existing infrastructure will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a system analyst or head of an analytical team.
• Deep knowledge of system analysis methods and tools is required.
• Strong ability to develop technical documentation and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Experience in team and project management is necessary.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher is a must.
• Understanding of software development principles and project lifecycle is expected.
• Ability to make quick decisions, solve problems, and lead and motivate a team.
• An analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment are crucial.
