Requirements:

Candidates should have strong JavaScript/Node.js development skills and at least 4 years of experience in complex projects.
A passion for improving code quality and introducing best practices is essential.
Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary to lead and inspire the team.
Experience in mentoring and guiding colleagues through technical challenges is preferred.
Hands-on coding experience and problem-solving skills are required.
Experience in managing or mentoring a team is a plus, but candidates growing into leadership roles are also considered.
A degree in software engineering or computer science is preferred but not mandatory.
