Remote Team Leader

Description:

• Appfire is seeking a Team Leader to join the Document Management team, which provides collaboration and agile solutions to organizations of all sizes.
• The selected candidate will work on top apps for Atlassian Confluence and implement features for products that users love.
• As a Team Lead, you will supervise a team of developers, assign tasks, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain high service standards.
• Your role will be crucial in shaping the team's performance and morale, contributing to the company's success.

Requirements:

• Leadership and supervisory skills are essential for this role.
• Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a software developer is necessary.
• Experience as a web developer with Javascript or similar languages/technologies is a must.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming and familiarity with technologies like AWS, React, Node.js, Typescript, and REST are required.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is necessary.
• Experience as a tech lead or understanding team dynamics is a plus.
