The selected candidate will work on top apps for Atlassian Confluence and implement features for products that users love.
As a Team Lead, you will supervise a team of developers, assign tasks, ensure compliance with policies, and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:
Leadership and supervisory skills are essential for this role.
Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a software developer is necessary.
Experience as a web developer with Javascript or similar languages/technologies is a must.
Understanding of asynchronous programming and familiarity with technologies like AWS, React, Node.js, Typescript, and REST are required.
Familiarity with version control tools such as Git is necessary.
Experience as a tech lead or understanding team dynamics is a plus.
