Remote Tech Lead

Description:

• Radiant Security is seeking a Tech Lead to contribute to the development of AI-powered SOC products.
• The ideal candidate will work collaboratively in a team environment, drive product development, research new technologies, and mentor junior engineers.
• Responsibilities include leading projects, working with data scientists, and reviewing team members' Pull Requests.
• The Tech Lead will be involved in designing whiteboard sessions, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and shared demos.
• Qualifications include residing in Central or South America, having 8+ years of experience, proficiency in Javascript (node.js), and experience with scalable architectures like K8S, FaaS, Apache Kafka, and BigData.
• The candidate should be a T-shape person, enjoy problem-solving, be a builder of production-grade software, and willing to learn new technologies.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS Lambda, ML/AI projects, and familiarity with the security space.

Requirements:

• Reside in Central or South America and be authorized to work in the region.
• Have 8+ years of experience in scalable architectures/technologies.
• Proficiency in Javascript (node.js) and experience with React or other frontend frameworks.
• Be a T-shape person, enjoy problem-solving, and be willing to learn new technologies.
• Comfortable deploying code to production with trust in automation, code coverage, and monitoring.
• Experience with AWS Lambda, ML/AI projects, and familiarity with the security space.
