Remote Tech Lead

Requirements:

• Degree/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in team leadership within product companies.
• Strong understanding of web applications, including security, session management, and knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in profiling and performance tuning Java applications, as well as using monitoring tools for production applications.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
