Requirements:

You must have advanced English for conversation due to the international project.
You should have professional experience working in software engineering teams.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are required.
Relevant practical experience in full-stack web development, preferably using Go, TypeScript, and React is necessary.
You should be willing to transform abstract business needs and problems into clear tasks, collaborating with product and engineering colleagues to define actions.
A good understanding of API technologies is essential.
Experience with AWS is required.
You should have experience in mentoring and providing technical guidance to teams.
A focus on producing and maintaining high-quality technical documentation is necessary.
Understanding of agile methodologies (preferably Scrum) and willingness to adjust and define software development processes is required.
Experience in managing technical roadmaps and initiatives is necessary.
A degree or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required.
