Remote Tech Lead

Description:

• RecargaPay is seeking a Tech Lead to work remotely from Brazil.
• The Super App simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil by consolidating various payment methods like credit and debit cards, Pix, and Open Finance.
• The platform offers services such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans with a focus on convenience, low cost, and flexibility.
• The Tech Lead will establish team objectives and project goals aligned with the company's broader objectives.
• Responsibilities include supervising and leading a team of engineers, recruiting, training, and developing team members, and collaborating with other technical leaders to align technology strategies with company objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Solid understanding of web applications, including security, session management, and development best practices.
• Knowledge of Domain Oriented Design and microservices architecture is an advantage.
• Proven ability to design complex distributed applications for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Development experience in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and AWS.
• Experience with asynchronous programming, profiling, and performance tuning Java applications.
