Description:

The Technical Lead will play a pivotal role in driving technology projects and delivering high-quality solutions in alignment with Servant's mission.
This role requires both technical and leadership expertise to guide a cross-functional engineering team, ensuring all deliverables meet standards of excellence.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define, plan, and prioritize engineering projects, serving as a hands-on technical leader, and mentoring engineers.
The Technical Lead will lead and participate in the design, development, and review of scalable technical solutions, promoting best practices and innovative approaches.
They will facilitate the onboarding of new engineering team members and oversee the engineering team’s deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality project completion.
The role also involves facilitating and driving the discovery, documentation, and maintenance of project-related artifacts, including requirements and specifications.
The Technical Lead must embrace and support Servant’s mission and values, fostering a collaborative, values-aligned work environment.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related industry experience is required.
A minimum of 7 years of Full Stack engineering experience is necessary.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of demonstrated leadership skills, including mentorship, feedback, and process improvement.
Direct experience working across diverse technology stacks with expertise in areas relevant to projects (e.g., web development, app development, data solutions) is required.
Extensive experience working in Agile (Scrum, kanban, or similar) teams and related tooling (Jira, Atlassian, Azure DevOps, etc.) is essential.
Experience working remotely is required.
Prior consulting experience is preferred.
