Description:
- US-based product development agency seeking a Tech Lead to coordinate project execution, work with developers and architects, and interface with clients.
- Remote work environment with asynchronous communication for flexibility and collaboration.
- Key responsibilities include coordinating developer teams, managing cloud infrastructure, scoping project work, contributing to project planning, reviewing code, and assuming technical ownership of projects.
- Day-to-day tasks involve writing scopes of work, testing deliveries, writing automated tests, updating documentation, onboarding/offboarding developers, monitoring deployments, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (Brazilian) for both writing and speech.
- Prior experience in technical leadership roles coordinating and delivering software projects.
- Availability during business hours in the BRT timezone.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.JS, React.JS, Python, GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, and OpenAPI.
- Experience in developing, managing, and delivering web applications.
- Familiarity with testing (unit, integration, E2E), serverless computing, domain-driven design, technical writing, and cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
