Remote Tech Lead

Description:

• Ante Labs is building Ante, a protocol for onchain commitments, and is looking for a Tech Lead to join their remote team.
• The role involves producing reliable code using Solidity and smart contracts, and deploying it to the production environment.
• The Tech Lead will facilitate communication between design and development teams, ensuring that technical solutions enhance user experience.
• Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of developers, delegating tasks, and fostering a productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be proficient in Solidity and smart contracts.
• A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in full stack development in a production environment is required.
• The ideal candidate should be security-minded and quick at implementation.
• Comfort in assigning tasks to team members and coordinating their efforts is essential.
• A strong interest in mathematics and a deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) or traditional finance is necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top university or program is preferred.
• Experience with Node.js and React is considered a plus.
