Description:

Ante Labs is building Ante, a protocol for onchain commitments, and is looking for a Tech Lead to join their remote team.
The role involves producing reliable code using Solidity and smart contracts, and deploying it to the production environment.
The Tech Lead will facilitate communication between design and development teams, ensuring that technical solutions enhance user experience.
Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of developers, delegating tasks, and fostering a productive work environment.

Requirements:

Candidates must be proficient in Solidity and smart contracts.
A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in full stack development in a production environment is required.
The ideal candidate should be security-minded and quick at implementation.
Comfort in assigning tasks to team members and coordinating their efforts is essential.
A strong interest in mathematics and a deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) or traditional finance is necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top university or program is preferred.
Experience with Node.js and React is considered a plus.
