Remote Tech Lead (Argentina)

Description:

• RecargaPay is seeking a Tech Lead based in Argentina to work remotely.
• The Super App simplifies everyday payments for consumers and SMEs in Brazil by consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance.
• The platform offers services such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans with convenience, low cost, and flexibility.
• Responsibilities include establishing team objectives, leading a team of engineers, recruiting and developing team members, aligning technology strategies with company objectives, and guiding successful project delivery within time and budget constraints.

Requirements:

• Degree/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines required.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Solid understanding of web applications, including security, session management, and development best practices.
• Knowledge of Domain Oriented Design and microservices architecture is an advantage.
• Ability to design complex distributed applications for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, AWS, asynchronous programming, profiling, and performance tuning.
• Experience using monitoring tools for production applications.
